Child safety standards

DuoFrame is a private photo app for people aged 16 and older. We do not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material.

What is not allowed

• Sexual content involving anyone under 18, including photos, captions, or requests for that content.
• Grooming, or any attempt to meet or exploit a child.
• Sharing, asking for, or threatening to share sexual content of a minor.

We review every report, remove violating photos, and suspend accounts that break these standards. Where the law requires it, illegal child sexual abuse material is reported to the relevant authority.

How to report

If you see this in the app, report it while you are signed in:

• Open the person, choose Report, and send the reason. You can also block them.
• Open a snap, choose Report, and send the reason. The report can be about that photo.

The person you report is not told that it was you.
