Delivered and Seen
In DuoFrame, open the Sent tab under Snaps. Each photo you sent shows “Delivered” until the person opens it, then “Seen” with the time.
For a photo sent to several people you see who has opened it: “Seen by Ali and Ayesha”, or “Seen by everyone”. Reactions show next to each person.
Why it can say Delivered when they have seen it
The photo also appears on their home screen widget. Glancing at the widget doesn’t mark it as seen; opening it in the app does. So “Delivered” can mean they saw it on their home screen and didn’t open it.
Unsending
Sent the wrong photo? Unsend it from the Sent tab. It is removed from their inbox and their widget. It cannot undo a screenshot they already took.
